Fair week in Duchesne is always a good time. These pictures are from the farmer for a day activities on Saturday...
They got to pick apples, milk a pretend cow, dig for potatoes, collect eggs, drive a tractor, and turn in all their goods for money to buy a treat. It was such a cute idea and the kids loved it!
Olivia wasn't sure what to think about this ride at first...
She soon warmed up to it though.
Derby Night!
Complete with cheeseburgers.
The pink car was the one my kids cheered for...
That is when they weren't bugging all the people around them.
We went to the parade on Saturday and got WAY more candy than we could ever want. This picture is of my cute cousin with the drill team.
Fireworks on Saturday.
And this is what we did for most of the week... Bag, deliver, sell, and even dream of ICE! Ben and I sold ice to some of the booths at the fair. We were up until 1am every night doing ice. Ben woke up in the middle of the night during fair week and said, "How many do you want?" He then sat up, pointed at the door and said, "These people want ice!" The conversation continued when he mumbled, "Don't hit me in the head with that, I can't imagine it would feel too good..." and "I have to back this trailer up." Fun times! I'm so happy that fair week is over.
