We went to Bear Lake last weekend to soak up some sun before it's gone for winter! :( I love going to Bear Lake. It's especially nice for kids since it's so shallow and the water is clear. Shortly after we arrived, we realized that we had left all beach toys, floaties, and towels at home. Our planning skills are out of this world! We still had fun though. Ben and I decided that someday when we're rich we want to build a cabin by Bear Lake. What could be better than sitting in our own cabin and sipping raspberry shakes?
Livy with a real smile! Those are hard to catch on camera.
Andrew and his floatie... a log he found on the beach.
Playing in the sand.
Millie had fun at first but soon turned grumpy on us. After she took a short nap, she was in a much better mood.
Andrew loved being buried in the sand! At least until the point where Livy tried to cover his face.
Our sandcastle. Complete with rocks, sticks, and a random army guy we found. You gotta get creative when you leave all the toys at home. It was such a fun day.

What a fun day! All the pictures are cute! Who took the picture of your whole family??
Andrew and I propped the camera on the table, set the timer, and ran. :)
