After dinner, we went upstairs to plan our annual Christmas Eve program. This year's program featured cello tunes from Andrew, a duet with Andrew and Liv, an awesome musical number by some of the boys of O come, O come, Emmanuel, and lots of songs with the girls.
After the program, we all sat down for the annual story read by Opa.
Linds and Cooper
Oma and Porter
Grandpa's story is a highlight of the night... as you can tell from all the videos of it.
Millie was sure to let us know that it was time to be quiet!
And if that didn't work, she would cover your mouth for you. Hahaha.
The next morning, we all woke up at about 5am and started opening presents. Andrew got a remote control helicopter (which has become Ben's favorite toy), Battleship and Cut the Rope, legos, and Zoobs. Olivia got magnatiles, Hedbanz and Spot It, shoes, hello kitty dishes, and clothes. Millie's first gift was a princess dress, which she wore the rest of the day. She also got a princess castle, a cute board game called Sneaky Snacky Squirrel, a new doll, and a magna doodle.

Ben surprised me with a new coat. I got him some new clothes and a game. My sister helped the kids make ornaments of their hand prints for me.
We drove back to Logan the next day and I took my Christmas tree down last night. Usually I am happy to be taking the tree down and have my house back, but this year I was a little sad. It went by way too fast. Merry Christmas!
